Quotations/proposals

To enable us to quote more accurately, we require certain pertinent information.  Without this information a quote cannot be executed.

Kindly supply as much of the following information as possible. If you are unsure of any of the requirements, we would gladly advise.

1. Type of event. Tell us a bit about the event (end-of-year function, launch, birthday, etc.)
2. Date and time of event
3. Location of event
4. Type of venue: Warehouse, theatre, conference facility, etc.
5. Venue specifications: Height of venue, rigging points available, stage requirement
6. Other information for event
7. Theme or style of event, costumes, etc.

Please note that it takes two to three working days to generate a quote, and five to seven working days to generate proposals. A service fee of R 300 will be charged for immediate and urgent quotes/proposals.

Quotes are subject to change dependent on client needs.

Quote exclusions:
Estimated fees exclude flights, accommodation, visas, transport, meals, special costumes, rehearsals, gear hire, engineer fees, rigger fees and crew fees.

Payment and Confirmation of bookings:
A 50% deposit is required for South African shows
A 70% deposit is required for international shows

Costs of acts and shows

Individual acts:

The cost of individual acts (speciality acts) is dependent on the type of event and how much time the generation of the production will require of the performers.
