Beginner and advanced aerial

The aerial classes offer a challenging, dynamic and fun new approach to whole-body strength and fitness training.
The aerial class training is centred on lifting your own body weight in the air, increasing fitness levels and self-confidence through really learning to trust the body. The classes provide an excellent, fun workout in a safe environment with highly skilled coaches. Be inspired, feel invigorated, and see the world in a new way. Join us for something different and refreshing.

What to wear: Ideally tights and/or other tight-fitting clothing that cover your midsection and the backs of your knees. Please do not wear jewellery as it may rip the silks. No shoes needed.
