Alternative pole classes combining acrobatics and strength (Urban Style). This an area that has shown a gap within the Pole training market.

Pole Raw is for athletes who are looking to for real strength and muscle control using the pole in other dimension more urban, more muscle, more Raw.

Using the technique of the Chinese pole, a combination climbing, sliding and holding plunge positions, for showing off!.

Pole raw is not a sexy or a fancy class, Pole raw is More Real and required Discipline and Hard training, where you will learn core stability and muscle control and the most important component of Acrobatic: decision making.
All these aim to development a preparing body for intensity and high tricks in the pole.

Classes are Beginners to Advanced.

What to wear: Ideally tights and/or other tight fitting clothing and Hot shorts. Please do not wear jewellery as it may scratch the poles, No shoes needed.
