Handstand

 

Handstand classes are for all those alternative athletes who seek to develop body awareness and balance endurance.
The classes are designed to show you step by step how to perform a handstand.

Students will develop progressive body control and strength through basic alignment exercises, body tension and flexible shoulder exercises.

Handstand is a very difficult technique, and takes at least one year of progressive training before muscles are sufficiently developed to support the body weight on the hands.
